Dental Marketing in Texas

Dental marketing in Texas isn't one market. It's four or five big ones and a lot of fast-growing suburbs in between. Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio each have their own competitors, their own commute patterns and their own price expectations. We treat each metro as its own campaign, not as "Texas."

G-Media.AI has worked only with dental clinics since 2017. Here's how we'd approach your Texas practice.

What makes the Texas market different

  • Huge metros, long drives. Houston and DFW spread over thousands of square miles. Patients pick a dentist on their side of town, so we target by ZIP codes and suburbs your patients actually come from, like Katy, The Woodlands, Plano, Frisco or Round Rock, not by city name alone.

  • Growth suburbs. New master-planned communities fill up with families who need a dentist from scratch. Being visible early in those areas is worth more than fighting for the busiest downtown searches.

  • Spanish-speaking patients. Across Texas, many patients prefer Spanish. If your team serves them, we run Spanish campaigns and landing pages alongside English ones, and the AI chat can answer in Spanish.

  • Insurance and payment questions. Plenty of searches include "accepts Medicaid," "no insurance" or "payment plans." We include or exclude those terms based on what your practice actually offers.

Texas advertising and privacy rules

The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) has detailed advertising rules in the Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC chapter 108). The one that shapes most campaigns: when a general dentist advertises specific services like implants, orthodontics or dentures, the ad has to say "General Dentist" or "General Dentistry" right after the dentist's name, in a font at least as large as the services listed. Broadcast ads have to say it out loud. Only dentists who meet the specialty requirements can use "specialist" wording.

Texas law (Occupations Code chapter 259) also lets the board restrict ads that state opinions about quality, use statistics that can't be verified, or quote fees without disclosing that extra charges may apply. So our Texas ads avoid "best dentist in Houston" claims, don't use numbers you can't prove, and spell out what a quoted fee includes.

On privacy, Texas has its own medical records privacy law (Health and Safety Code chapter 181) that in some areas goes further than HIPAA. We keep patient details out of ad platforms and collect only what's needed to book.

You approve every ad, and your practice stays responsible for its own compliance. We just make sure you're never guessing.

Time zones, calls and pricing

Most of Texas runs on Central time, eight hours behind us in Varna, Bulgaria, for most of the year. El Paso is on Mountain time, an hour further behind. A 9 am call in Dallas is 5 pm for us. Proposals and ad budgets are in US dollars, and you pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta.

How we'd start with your Texas practice

  1. Free 30-minute call. Treatments, capacity and which parts of your metro matter.

  2. Area and competitor check. Who's advertising around you, and which suburbs are underserved.

  3. Campaigns. Google Ads by treatment and ZIP code, plus Facebook and Instagram ads with your own dentist on camera.

  4. Fast replies. Our AI chatbot answers in seconds, in English or Spanish, and reminders on WhatsApp, Messenger and email cut no-shows.

  5. Weekly optimization by booked appointments.

We guarantee 10–30 leads in your first month, or we keep working for free until we get there. For implant-focused practices, our dental implant marketing program only counts consults patients actually attend.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with practices in Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio?

Yes. We work with practices across Texas and set up each metro as its own market with its own targeting and competitors.

Do my ads need to say "General Dentist"?

If a general dentist advertises specific services, Texas rules require "General Dentist" or "General Dentistry" next to the dentist's name, in a font at least as large as the services. We build that into every ad.

How much does dental marketing in Texas cost?

You pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta, plus our monthly management fee. There's no public price list. You'll get a written proposal in US dollars after the call.

How quickly will we see results?

Most clinics get quality leads and booked appointments within the first 30 days.

Do we need a long contract?

No. Monthly packages. Only the implant consult program has a 3-month minimum.
