Dental Marketing in Ireland
Dental marketing in Ireland has a twist you won't find in most markets: some of your implant and crown patients are also looking at clinics in Hungary, Poland or Turkey. Private treatment is a big decision for Irish families, people ask about tax relief and PRSI benefits, and they want to trust the dentist before they spend. Ads that just shout a price don't work. Ads that answer those questions do.
G-Media.AI has worked only with dental clinics since 2017. Here's how we'd approach your practice in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick or anywhere else in Ireland.
What makes the Irish market different
Dublin is its own market. Dublin postcodes from D2 and D4 to D15 and D24 behave very differently, and commuters from Meath, Kildare and Wicklow add to the mix. Outside Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick each pull patients from a wide rural area. We target the areas your patients really come from.
Competing with clinics abroad. When someone is weighing your implant quote against a trip abroad, we focus on what staying local gives them: aftercare nearby, one dentist they can come back to, no flights and no rushed treatment schedule.
Treatment Benefit and tax relief. Many patients ask whether their PRSI Treatment Benefit covers a check-up and cleaning, or whether they can claim tax relief on non-routine treatment like crowns or implants using Form Med 2. We make sure your landing pages and chat answers cover these questions, in your words and checked by you.
Medical card patients. If you take part in the medical card scheme, or don't, we include or exclude those searches so you're only paying for patients you can see.
The rules we work within in Ireland
The Dental Council of Ireland's Code of Practice says dentists may promote their practice, but anything published must be truthful, decent, factual and accurate, and must not mislead or raise unreasonable expectations. Dentists can't suggest a professional status other than what's on the register. That means no "specialist" unless the dentist is on the Register of Dental Specialists, and the Council has specifically said "special interest" wording isn't allowed either. Testimonials must be genuine, and paid ones have to say so.
Advertising more broadly falls under the ASAI Code, and patient data under GDPR, overseen by the Data Protection Commission.
So our Irish ads stay factual, avoid superlatives, and never promise results. You approve every ad, and your practice stays responsible for its compliance. We make sure nothing goes out that you'd have to explain to the Council.
Time zones, calls and pricing
Ireland is two hours behind us in Varna, Bulgaria, all year round, so 10 am in Dublin is midday here. Calls fit easily into your working day. Proposals and ad budgets are quoted in euro, and you pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta on your own card.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with practices outside Dublin?
Yes. We work with practices across Ireland and set up targeting around your town and the wider area your patients travel from.
How do you compete with dental tourism?
By being honest and clear rather than cheaper. We show patients what local treatment gives them, like aftercare close to home and a dentist they can return to, and let your consultation do the rest.
Do your ads follow the Dental Council's Code of Practice?
We write every ad to be factual and not misleading, with no "specialist" or "special interest" wording unless the dentist is on the specialist register. You approve everything before it runs.
How much does dental marketing in Ireland cost?
You pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta, plus our monthly management fee. There's no public price list. You'll get a written proposal in euro after the call.
Is there a long contract?
No. Flexible monthly packages. Only the implant consult programme has a 3-month minimum.
