Dental Marketing in London
Dental marketing in London means competing in one of the most crowded private dentistry markets you'll find. Patients can choose from dozens of practices within a short Tube ride, clicks are expensive, and plenty of searches come from people looking for an NHS dentist you may not be able to take on. The practices that win here aren't the ones spending the most. They're the ones showing the right ad to the right person in the right postcode, and replying first.
G-Media.AI has worked only with dental clinics since 2017. Here's how we'd approach your London practice.
What makes the London market different
Private versus NHS searches. If you're mainly private, we exclude NHS-intent searches and make your private offer clear, so you're not paying for clicks from people who want something you can't provide. If you have NHS capacity, we treat it as its own campaign.
Borough and postcode targeting. A practice in Clapham and one in Canary Wharf serve different people. We target the postcodes your patients actually come from, including the commuter belt if patients come in around work.
High-value private treatment. Implants, Invisalign, composite bonding and veneers are heavily advertised in London. We lean on real video of your clinicians explaining treatment, not "best smile in London" claims.
Speed. Londoners message several practices at once. Our AI chatbot replies in seconds, evenings and weekends included, and passes warm enquiries to your reception.
GDC, ASA and the other rules we work within
UK dental advertising has more layers than most markets.
General Dental Council. The GDC's guidance on advertising says any information carrying a registrant's name must include their GDC number, and claims must be accurate and backed by facts. Practice websites must show each clinician's qualification, the country it came from and their GDC number, plus the practice's complaints procedure, a link to the GDC and the date the site was last updated.
Specialist titles. "Specialist" can only be used for dentists on a GDC specialist list, and never for areas without one, such as implant dentistry.
ASA and the CAP Code. Ads must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, and prescription-only medicines can't be advertised to the public. If your practice offers anti-wrinkle injections, the ads promote a consultation, never the product.
Finance offers. Promoting "0% finance" or monthly payment plans brings in the FCA's consumer credit rules, so we check the wording with you and your finance provider.
When we build your landing pages, we add the GDC details and check every claim. You approve every ad, and your practice stays responsible for compliance. Our job is to make getting it right the easy option.
Time zones, calls and pricing
London is two hours behind us in Varna, Bulgaria, all year round, because the UK and EU change their clocks on the same dates. So 10 am in London is midday for us, and calls fit easily into a normal working day. Proposals are quoted in euro, and you pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta on your own card, in your ad account's currency.
How we'd start with your London practice
Free 30-minute call. Which treatments you want more of, your private and NHS capacity, and the postcodes that matter.
Local competitor check. Who's advertising around you and on which searches.
Campaigns. Google Ads by treatment and postcode, plus Facebook and Instagram ads with your clinicians on camera.
Fast replies. AI chat, replies and reminders on WhatsApp, Messenger and email, and a clean handover to reception.
Weekly optimisation by booked appointments.
We guarantee 10–30 leads (patient enquiries) in your first month, or we keep working for free until we get there. For implant-led practices, our implant consult programme only counts consults patients actually attend.
Frequently asked questions
Can you stop our ads showing to people looking for an NHS dentist?
Yes. If you're private-only, we exclude NHS-related searches and make it clear on your landing pages that you offer private treatment.
Do your ads and landing pages follow GDC guidance?
We write them with the GDC's advertising guidance and the CAP Code in mind: GDC numbers, accurate claims, no misleading "specialist" wording. You approve everything before it goes live.
How much does dental marketing in London cost?
You pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta, plus our monthly management fee. We don't publish a price list. You'll get a written proposal in euro after the call.
How quickly will we see results?
Most clinics get quality enquiries and booked appointments within the first 30 days.
Is there a long contract?
No. Flexible monthly packages. Only the implant consult programme has a 3-month minimum.
