Dental Marketing in Florida
Dental marketing in Florida has a calendar most states don't. From late fall to spring, seasonal residents arrive and want treatment done before they head north again. Then summer comes and the patient mix changes. Add South Florida's mix of languages and one of the oldest populations in the country, and you've got a market where timing and trust matter as much as budget.
G-Media.AI has worked only with dental clinics since 2017. Here's how we'd approach your Florida practice.
What makes the Florida market different
Seasonal patients. Winter residents often want implants, crowns or dentures finished within a few months. We plan budget and messaging around the season, and push "finish before you fly home" scheduling when it fits your capacity.
Implant and denture demand. Florida's older population means more searches for implants, full-arch options and dentures. Our dental implant marketing program is built for exactly this: it counts patients who actually show up for a consult.
Several markets in one state. Miami–Fort Lauderdale–Palm Beach, Tampa Bay, Orlando and Jacksonville each have their own competitors and patient profiles. We set up each one separately.
Spanish, Portuguese and Haitian Creole. In South Florida especially, many patients prefer a language other than English. If your team serves them, we run separate campaigns and landing pages, and our AI chat can reply in Spanish.
Florida's advertising rules
Florida is one of the most specific states when it comes to dental ads, and it trips up a lot of practices.
Free or discounted services. Under Florida Statute 456.062, any ad for a free, discounted or reduced-fee service, exam or treatment must include a set statement in capital letters about the patient's right to refuse to pay for other services performed within 72 hours of responding to the ad. The Board of Dentistry also requires those ads to state the dates the offer is available.
Fees. Under section 466.019 and Board rule 64B5-4.003, an ad with fee information must say it's a minimum fee only. An advertised fee has to state how long it applies, or stay available for at least 90 days after the last ad. The service must be described with the exact ADA procedure wording or code.
Telehealth. Ads for certain dental services delivered through telehealth need a specific disclaimer recommending an in-person exam with a Florida-licensed dentist first.
That's why we never run a "free implant consult" or a "$X whitening" ad in Florida without the right disclaimers, and why short Meta ad formats sometimes need a different offer. You approve every ad, and your practice stays responsible for compliance. We make sure the rules are built in from day one.
Time zones, calls and pricing
Most of Florida is on Eastern time, seven hours behind us in Varna, Bulgaria, for most of the year. The western Panhandle is on Central time, an hour further back. A 9 am call in Miami is 4 pm for us. Proposals and ad budgets are in US dollars, and you pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta.

Frequently asked questions
Can we advertise a free consultation in Florida?
Yes, but the ad needs the capital-letter statement required by Florida Statute 456.062 and the dates the offer is available. We build that into the ad and the landing page.
Do you change campaigns for snowbird season?
Yes. We plan budgets and messages around the months your seasonal patients are in town and shift focus when they leave.
How much does dental marketing in Florida cost?
You pay ad spend directly to Google and Meta, plus our monthly management fee. There's no public price list. You'll get a written proposal in US dollars after the call.
How quickly will we see results?
Most clinics get quality leads and booked appointments within the first 30 days.
Do we need a long contract?
No. Monthly packages. Only the implant consult program has a 3-month minimum.
