Dental Implant Marketing That Counts Showed Consults

Dental implant marketing usually gets judged on the wrong number. A spreadsheet full of names doesn't place a single implant. What matters is how many new patients actually sit down with your dentist for an implant consultation. That's the number our Implant Consult Program is built on. We only count consults patients actually attend.

Why this program is different

  • We count showed consults, not leads. Our results are measured by the people who come in, in person, for an implant consultation with your dentist.

  • One treatment, one focus. Ads, landing page and messages are built only for people looking into implants, including full-arch options such as All-on-4.

  • Real faces, real clinic. Ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google filmed with your dentist in your clinic, not stock photos of perfect smiles.

  • A first reply within 60 seconds, every day, on WhatsApp, Messenger or email. Implant patients research hard and message several clinics. Being first, and clear, matters.

  • Every clinic gets proper attention. We work with a limited number of clinics at a time so each one gets the time it needs.

  • Clear numbers every week. Leads, booked consults, attended consults and accepted treatment plans, all in one shared tracker.

How we count consults

We only count consults patients actually attend. Form fills, phone numbers and bookings are steps along the way. The number we report on is how many new patients came in, in person, for an implant consultation with your dentist.

A "showed consult" is a new patient (not treated at your clinic in the last 24 months) who came from our campaigns, attended an implant consultation, and was marked as attended by your team in our shared tracker. The full definition is in an appendix to the contract.

The numbers stay accurate, and the program works best, when the clinic does its part too: replies to the patients we pass on during business hours, offers an appointment within 5 business days, keeps the agreed ad budget, and marks who showed up within 48 hours.

How it works

  1. Area check (25 minutes). We look at your area and the competition around you and work out how many consults are realistic for your market and budget.

  2. Setup in up to 14 days. An implant consult landing page, a photo and video session with your dentist, Meta and Google campaigns, messaging and tracking.

  3. First reply within 60 seconds. The AI assistant sends the first message on WhatsApp, Messenger or email and asks 3 short questions. A human confirms every booking.

  4. Reminders. A confirmation, a reminder the day before and another a few hours before the visit, plus follow-ups for people who haven't booked yet.

  5. Front desk coaching. A short call script and conversation reviews, so more booked patients show up and more of them stay with you.

  6. Weekly 20-minute review. We go through every stage together in the shared tracker: leads, booked, showed and accepted treatment plans. You get a monthly report with clear numbers.

Implant marketing rules we keep in mind

Implants are where advertising rules bite hardest. Many US states restrict how general dentists advertise specialty-type services; Texas, for example, requires the words "General Dentist" in ads for specific services such as implants. Florida requires a specific disclaimer on ads for free or discounted services, which matters if you offer a free implant consultation. In the UK, the GDC doesn't allow "specialist" wording for implants, because there's no specialist list for implantology. We write the campaign around what you're allowed to say, and you approve every ad before it runs.

Where the program is available

The Implant Consult Program is open to clinics everywhere: the US, the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe. Implant demand looks different in each market, from retirees and winter visitors in Florida and Phoenix to patients comparing local quotes with clinics abroad in Ireland. The area check tells us what's realistic where you are.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the program cost?

There are three parts: a one-time setup fee, a monthly management fee, and the ad budget you pay directly to Meta and Google. We're currently working with pilot pricing for the first clinics. You'll see it in a written proposal after the area check.

What counts as a consult?

We only count consults patients actually attend. That means a new patient from our campaigns who came in for an implant consultation and was marked as attended by your team in the shared tracker. Leads and bookings that never make it to the clinic don't count.

Who is this program not for?

Clinics that don't place implants, that want to compete on the lowest price, or that can't answer the phone and messages and offer an appointment within 5 business days.

How long is the contract?

A 3-month minimum. The first month goes into setup and the campaigns' learning phase, so anything shorter wouldn't be a fair test for you or for us.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

Your clinic does. The ad accounts are yours, the budget runs on your card and the data stays with you.

Will AI be talking to my patients?

Only for the first quick reply and the three questions. A human confirms every booking, and urgent cases go straight to your team.
