Dental Advertising That Fills Your Appointment Book

Dental advertising works when every ad, landing page and reply is built around one goal: getting the right patients booked in your chair. That's all we do at G-Media.AI. Since 2017 we've run Google and Meta ads for dental clinics in Europe, the UK and the US.

Why most dental ads disappoint

Most clinics that come to us aren't short of ads. They're short of bookings. The usual reasons:

  • The ads send everyone to the homepage. A patient searching for implants lands on a page about check-ups and leaves.

  • Nobody answers fast enough. A message arrives at 9 pm and gets a reply the next afternoon, when the patient has already booked somewhere else.

  • The reports count clicks, not patients. You see impressions and click-through rates, but not how many people actually booked.

  • The same ad runs for every treatment. Implants, aligners, whitening and emergencies all get the same message, so it doesn't fit any of them.

Our dental advertising is set up to fix those four things first.

Google Ads: reach patients who are ready to book

People who search "dentist near me" or "dental implants cost" want to book soon. We build Google Search campaigns split by treatment and by area, so each search sees an ad and a landing page that match what they typed. We exclude searches that won't turn into patients, like jobs, courses and free treatment.

Facebook & Instagram ads: reach patients who are still deciding

Most people who need treatment aren't searching yet. They're putting it off. Facebook and Instagram ads with your own dentists, your own clinic and real patient stories (with consent) build trust before they're ready. Lead forms with a few qualifying questions keep out people who are just curious.

High-value treatments get their own campaigns

Implants, All-on-4, aligners and veneers each need their own message, landing page and follow-up, because patients take longer to decide and compare more.

Dental ads are only half the job

An ad gets someone interested. What happens next decides whether they book. That's why our dental advertising comes as part of the Dental Growth System™:

  • Landing pages: one page per treatment, fast on a phone, with one clear next step.

  • AI chat and voice agents: reply to every enquiry straight away, day or night, and hand anyone who needs a person to your team. See the AI chat agent

  • Email & SMS follow-up: reminders before visits, and gentle follow-up with people who asked but didn't book.

  • UGC & ad creatives: short videos and visuals with your own team, made for ads.

  • Results dashboard: leads, booked appointments and cost per lead from Google and Meta, in one place.

If you want the full picture of how this turns clicks into patients, see dental lead generation.

What you'll see every week

You don't need to log in to Google or Meta. Your dashboard shows:

  • how many enquiries came in, from which campaign and which treatment

  • how many of them booked

  • what each lead cost you

  • what we changed this week and why

We judge our work by booked appointments, not by clicks.

A note from Boris

I started G-Media.AI in Varna in 2017, and for most of that time I've worked only with dental clinics. The pattern I see again and again is that ads get the blame for problems that happen after the click. Clinics I've worked with have typically grown new patient numbers by 30% or more, mostly from getting the basics right: the right ad for the right treatment, a page that makes booking easy, and a reply before the patient loses interest. There's no magic in it, and I won't promise you a number before I've seen your clinic. I'll tell you honestly what I think is possible.

Who this is for

  • Private dental clinics and group practices that want more patients for specific treatments

  • Clinics that already run ads but can't tell which ones bring bookings

  • Clinics in Europe, the UK and the US (everything runs online, and we plan calls around your time zone)

It's probably not a fit if you want ads with no follow-up, or if your diary is already full for months.

How we start

  1. Free intro call. We talk about your treatments, your area, your capacity and what you've tried.

  2. Written proposal. It sets out exactly which campaigns, pages and follow-up we'd launch, and what it costs.

  3. Setup. Campaigns, tracking, landing pages, chat and reminders.

  4. Launch and weekly optimisation. You see the results in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How much does dental advertising cost?

There are two parts: our monthly fee and your ad budget, which you pay directly to Google and Meta. The right budget depends on your city, your treatments and how many new patients you can handle. You'll get a written proposal with clear numbers after our call.

Google or Facebook: which is better for dental ads?

They do different jobs. Google reaches people who are already searching. Facebook and Instagram reach people who need treatment but haven't decided yet. Most clinics do best with both, with the budget split by treatment.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody honest can guarantee a number of patients, because it depends on your market, your prices, your reviews and how quickly your team answers. What we do promise is clear reporting, so you always know what your ads bring in.

Do you only work with dentists?

Yes. Dental clinics are the only clients we take on.

Can you advertise in several languages?

Yes. We plan campaigns around the languages your patients speak, and our AI chat agent replies in English, Bulgarian, German and Spanish.

Ready to see what your ads should be doing?

Tell us which treatments you want more of, and we'll show you how we'd advertise them.
